We're an authorized sales and service dealer for Copystar, and we're an authorized repair center for Fellows shredders. We service Hewlett Packard, Canon, and Xerox office machines, and specialize in service and repair for older equipment no longer supported by the manufacturer.

We not only service business machines in commercial locations, but also provide service for in-home businesses. In-shop service is available by appointment, although our primary focus is responding to emergency calls throughout Cuyahoga County and the surrounding communities. We go to Lorain and Medina Counties on a regular basis, and have traveled as far as Huron, Lake County, and Youngstown.

All new equipment purchased from Complete Business Machines is covered by warranty, and we have maintenance agreements available for offices machines that are no longer under warranty.
